When the team at NYC Smile Spa recognized the increasing role that websites and social media play in the way customer's research, select, evaluate and review options for healthcare services they came to SCG for looking for help establishing an online presence. They also wanted to add additional practitioners and needed a new name to reflect the growth. SCG was engaged to do research, naming exercises as well as build a new brand and website. We also recommended social media campaign as the primary tool of engagement. Over the course of a few months, we designed and developed a logo/branding identity system, built a mobile-friendly website and social media review cards. Since deployment, NYC Smile Spa saw an increase in positive customer reviews online which translated into new clients.
